The Crifty Crafty Code of Conduct
All participants in sessions whether in-person or online must follow the below. Participants who fail to follow these rules or seek to undermine the spirit of the code may be removed from current & future sessions without a refund for payments already made for services.
Participants are expected to follow the following rules:
-
Don't Be A Jerk. This rule informs every other rule in the code of conduct. If you're not sure if you are in violation of this most important rule, check in with the facilitator of your session.
-
Participating in a session, I agree to act in accordance with all laws (local, state and federal), and to act within the code of conduct of wherever the session is held.
-
By participating in a session, I acknowledge that ignorance of these policies is not an excuse for noncompliance, and take responsibility for knowing the code of conduct.
-
By participating in a session, I understand that if I violate any laws (local, state or federal), the code of conduct of the location where the session is hosted, I may be removed from the game.
-
By participating in a session, I agree to demonstrate respect for all facilitators, participants, and non-participants alike in the spaces where the session is held. I understand that not following this policy is grounds for removal from the current session and future sessions.
Harassment Policy
Facilitators will demonstrate a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to:
-
Online stalking
-
Intimidation
-
Offensive verbal comments or direct messages
-
Bullying / pranking
-
Inappropriate / unwelcome comments or messages
In relation to, but not limited to:
-
race / color / national origin / citizenship / religion
-
gender / identity / presentation
-
appearance / body size / age
-
disability
Anyone can report harassment. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately alert the facilitator. If you do not make us aware, we cannot take appropriate and timely action.
If a person engages in harassing behavior, the facilitator will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from the session with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE at the session. Attendees, guests, professionals, staff, and volunteers are all subject to our anti-harassment policy.
In every situation, we will enact whatever actions are appropriate to offer a safe place or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the rest of the event.

Remember: When participating in a session, the first rule of play is "Don't Be A Jerk."

Our mission is to create a fun, safe, welcoming event where humans of all kinds can come together and enjoy an experience. We not only want you to have the most amazing time ever, but to experience it in an environment where you are safe and accepted.
TCC Agreement Termination Policy
Tralidas's Crifty Crafty (TCC) reserves the right to terminate any agreement, effective immediately, if at any time TCC determines, in its sole discretion, that the partnering organization, hosting business, individual client, or any of their representatives are acting in bad faith, engaging in unethical or harmful behavior, or conducting themselves in a manner inconsistent with TCC’s established Code of Conduct.
The TCC Code of Conduct serves as a guiding standard for all participants, partners, and affiliates, and applies equally to hosted venues, sponsors, and collaborators. It is both a player-focused policy and a measure of professional alignment with TCC’s values of safety, inclusivity, integrity, and respect.
If TCC reasonably concludes that a partner’s actions, statements, or business practices violate or conflict with these principles, TCC may immediately withdraw from the agreement without penalty or further obligation. Upon such termination, TCC shall have no ongoing responsibility to provide services or fulfill remaining terms of the agreement.
Any compensation due to TCC for services rendered or sessions completed prior to termination remains payable in full.
