If I drop into a game, what does that look like? What about the story?

If you filled out our form (linked below!), you'll receive a text, phone call, social media message, etc letting you know if we have open spots that match with your given availability and interests. Sometimes, this will happen the day of a session as we have spots open up, but if we know we'll have available seats, we'll reach out as far ahead of time as we can.

For first-time drop-ins, we'll recommend a pre-generated character to make it as easy a transition as possible. We have a bunch of those ready to go!

We're also working on quick story/lore info reference sheets for each game, so you can dive right into the world and know the basics of what your character would need to know. These characters will fit into the current in-game situations without creating too much chaos. The goal for us is for you to be able to hop in as seemlessly as possible.

Example Introductions:
- "This person is a wandering adventurer who just happens to be interested in this same thing you are (for today)."
- "Your group patron has decided you need some extra muscle on this job, and paid the fee for the added help."
- "Suddenly, as the odds are overwhelmingly against you and your party, a crazed wild-person comes screaming out of the tree line to aid you in battle against the deranged horde of demonic turkeys."

After that first session, if there is an ongoing open seat and you're interested in continuing with the group, we'll have a conversation about how you want to continue. Do you want to keep the pre-generated character and modify it to fit your playstyle? Do you want to build your own character from the ground up? Regardless, we want to be there to assist with that process.
